LaToya Cooper

LaToya Cooper is the office manager for the Law Office of Brandon Dixon, P.C., prior to joining the firm, she managed a national boutique law firm. LaToya brings over 15 years of management, human resources and accounting experience. She assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the firm; she maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing.

LaToya is an Atlanta native. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her adorable son Cooper and traveling.

Emilly Ibarra

Emilly Ibarra is a dedicated Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Brandon Dixon, LLC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology from Georgia Gwinnett College, where she developed a strong foundation in legal principles and the justice system. Since joining the firm, Emilly has continued to grow professionally, providing essential support in personal injury cases and contributing to the firm’s mission of client-focused advocacy.

Outside of work, Emilly enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors with her dog Oliver, and making memories with her friends and family.

Nia Martinez-Tabb

Nia Martinez-Tabb

Nia is a California native who has called Georgia home for nearly twenty years. She is a Kennesaw State University graduate, earning a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. With over 25 years of experience and a proven record of helping settle hundreds of cases, Nia is a highly skilled Case Manager known for her dedication to meeting clients’ needs with care and professionalism. Fluent in Spanish, she communicates effectively with a diverse range of clients.

As a Case Manager, Nia handles many cases from initial intake to settlement. She coordinates all logistics involved in each case—from collecting documents and arranging care to communicating with insurance adjusters and closing settlements. Her skill in managing these complex steps helps reduce stress for clients, offering reassurance that their case is in good hands. Nia takes pride in being dependable and compassionate to support accident victims and their families.

Outside work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and two fur babies, Bully and Roxy.

Reina Santos

Reina Santos

Reina is a skilled and compassionate case manager with over six years of legal experience, from pre-litigation to litigation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Collaborative Health and Human Services, with a concentration in Public Administration, from CSU Monterey Bay. She is currently a rising law student at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

With a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of the legal system, Reina combines her legal knowledge with a client-first approach. She is known for simplifying complex legal processes into clear, manageable steps—ensuring clients feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout.

When she’s not working, Reina enjoys hiking, solving puzzles, and playing chess—activities that reflect her strategic mindset and love of problem-solving.

Tsvetelina Vancheva

Tsvetelina is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Business Administration. She began her career in personal injury marketing, where she developed a strong passion for the legal field and client advocacy. As a legal assistant, she excels in intake, claims processing, client communication, and supporting attorneys and case managers. Known for her empathy and professionalism, Tsvetelina is dedicated to ensuring that clients feel supported throughout their legal journey. She is fluent in Bulgarian. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through fitness and boxing and values quality time outdoors with family and friends.
